Worn out carburettors are the most common reason a classic runs badly, starts poorly and returns dreadful fuel consumption. This is a complete matched conversion, jetted for the engine it is going on rather than sold as a generic box of parts.

Set up matters more than the parts. A conversion fitted and left on the base settings will run worse than the tired carburettor it replaced. Budget for a rolling road session afterwards, or at the very least a proper mixture check with a gas analyser. We can recommend someone near you.
