Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed outside these hours are dispatched on the next working day.
What to include
- Existing order: your order number, and a photograph if something arrived damaged.
- Fitment question: make, model, year and the chassis, commission or engine number.
- Body panels: photographs of the area once the paint and underseal are back to bare metal.
- Reconditioned unit: the number cast into your existing block, gearbox or axle casing.
- Trim: the original colour name if you know it, or a photograph in daylight.
