Mini subframes rust from the inside out, and a soft front subframe puts the engine, the suspension and the steering rack all slightly in the wrong place. These are new items, shot blasted and powder coated, supplied as a matched front and rear pair.

Fitting a subframe is a good moment to renew the cones or springs, the ball joints and the exhaust mountings, since all of it is far easier with the subframe out of the car.
