Heritage Reman Banjo Rear Axle Assembly for MGB 1962 to 1967

A rebuilt axle assembly, set up on the rig with a dial gauge rather than by feel. Crown wheel and pinion backlash and pinion depth are set to the factory figures and the tooth contact pattern is checked with marking compound before anything is signed off.

• Final drive ratio 3.909 to 1
• Fitment: MGB 1962 to 1967
• New crown wheel and pinion where the original is pitted, otherwise the matched original pair is reused
• New pinion and carrier bearings, new collapsible spacer where fitted
• New halfshaft bearings and oil seals
• Casing shot blasted, checked for distortion and painted in satin black
• Backlash and contact pattern recorded on a sheet supplied with the axle
• Twelve month warranty
• Supplied drained, without brake parts or halfshaft studs unless stated
