Devon Hoods Hood Frame Assembly Powder Coated for Triumph Spitfire 1962 to 1980

Hood frames rust where they are hardest to see, at the pivots and inside the tubes, and a tired frame will never let a new hood sit correctly. This is a fully rebuilt frame, blasted, repaired and powder coated, with new pivots throughout.

• Steel frame, blasted back to bare metal
• New pivot bushes, rivets and tensioning cables
• Powder coated in satin black after zinc primer

While the frame is out, check the condition of the tack strip in the body. Replacing a rotten tack rail with the frame in place is very awkward, and doing it now costs almost nothing.
